Public Sector OSHA Hearing Demonstrates Urgent Need For Change

This week, the Senate Democrat Policy Committee held a hearing on Senate Bill 310, Senator Tartaglione’s public sector OSHA legislation. Several union leaders submitted testimony at the hearing in favor of the legislation.
